Account deletion


Account deletion from within the app is not yet available. Until that feature is available, you can request deletion of your account and data as follows.

How do I request account deletion?

Send an email to the following address to request deletion of your account and personal data:

Please include your phone number (the one linked to your account or used to sign in) in your message. This allows us to identify your account and process your request correctly.

We will process your request as soon as possible. Once the account is deleted, associated data is erased in line with our privacy policy.

Note

This process is temporary. An in-app account deletion option will be offered in a future version.
